We have compared the quality of pipes from other packaging companies and found that there may be individual edge deformations in the cross-section of their pipes. A slight pressure can easily cause cracks or even breakage. Why is this problem happening again? This should be rooted in the accuracy of selecting materials and molds. In this regard, the materials we choose do not add second-hand recycled materials to ensure the firmness of the pipes. When opening the mold, we look for a strong mold manufacturer, and choose good stainless steel materials. We also require the mold manufacturer to ensure the accuracy of the size of our mold during production.
In terms of anti-static packaging for electronic components, our pipes can be used up to 10 times or 8 times. However, it is important to limit the number of repeated uses as much as possible, as sliding the parts inside multiple times can cause the anti-static layer to become thinner due to friction. This weakens the anti-static function.
